ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS!

All Braid Like A Pro Products will be shipped within 7-10  business days  Please expect to receive your order by the 10th business days. Business Days are Monday- Friday. This does not include weekends or holidays. If you do not receive your order within this time, please contact me. 

TRACKING NUMBER WILL BE SENT TO YOUR EMAIL ONCE YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED!

If your tracking number shows that your order was “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please contact Usps or Ups with your tracking information. 

I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Once your order is created, I cannot make any changes to the address or email on file.  PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT BEFORE CHECKING OUT. I am not able to change address once order is placed. If an order is returned back to me due to insufficient address, you will be required to pay the re-shipping fee.

All braided wigs will be shipped in 10-14 business days (excluding weekends).  Please note that business days excludes weekends, sales and holidays! 

 

Shipping times are approximate. You may receive your order a little earlier or a little later than expected. If later, you will always be notified by me! 

All wigs are made to order. I do not have any wigs on hand. Please allow me the requested time frame to create your braided wig. Please order ahead of time to receive your wig in the time that you need it! **In Stock means that I am currently accepting orders for a particular wig. It does not mean that I have it on hand. You will still have to wait 10-14 Business days to receive it.

I will send Confirmation Texts for all wig orders before I ship them! You must respond “yes” to the confirmation text stating that you indeed made this purchase! 

 🚨 All Wig Sales Are Final! I don’t offer Refunds at anytime! Please contact me within 48 hours if your wig does not fit. (Please do not cut lace if wig doesn’t fit. I will send you a new one. If you cut lace, I will not refund you or make another wig)!

If you do not receive your wig or tracking information by this time, please contact me via phone or email and I will either give you an estimated arrival date or I will issue you a full refund.
